We are seeking a talented Mobile Developer with expertise in either React Native or Flutter to join our team. As a Mobile Developer, you will be responsible for creating mobile applications that support Bluetooth connections and have a deep understanding of binary protocols. Your primary focus will be developing reliable and efficient Bluetooth communication features while adhering to protocol specifications.

Responsibilities:

Develop mobile applications using React Native or Flutter, depending on your expertise, to create engaging and user-friendly experiences for our customers.
Implement Bluetooth functionality within the applications, including scanning for nearby Bluetooth devices, pairing, and establishing connections.
Understand and work with binary protocols relevant to the Bluetooth communication, ensuring accurate parsing and encoding of binary data.
Collaborate closely with the backend and firmware teams to define and integrate the required binary protocol specifications into the mobile applications.
Optimize Bluetooth communication performance, ensuring smooth data exchange and minimizing latency.
Test and debug the Bluetooth connection features thoroughly, identifying and resolving any issues or compatibility problems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in mobile development, Bluetooth technology, and binary protocols.
Work closely with UI/UX designers and product managers to ensure seamless integration of Bluetooth functionality into the overall application design.
Write clean and maintainable code, follow coding standards, and contribute to code reviews.
Requirements:

Solid experience in mobile app development using either React Native or Flutter, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and knowledge.
Proficiency in working with Bluetooth connections in mobile applications, including device discovery, pairing, and data exchange.
Strong understanding of binary protocols and the ability to parse and encode binary data accurately according to protocol specifications.
Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology and protocols is highly desirable.
Knowledge of mobile development best practices, including performance optimization, memory management, and network communication.
Experience working in an Agile development environment and using collaborative tools such as Git for version control.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to diagnose and debug complex issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
