We are looking for a skilled and organized Appliance Repair Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our team of technicians, ensuring that appliance repairs are carried out efficiently and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Service Calls: Receive and log service requests from customers through various channels.
Schedule Technicians: Assign repair jobs to available technicians based on their location, skills, and workload.
Prioritize Urgent Calls: Identify and expedite emergency or urgent service requests, ensuring prompt response and resolution.
Maintain Communication: Keep customers informed about technician arrival times, delays, or any relevant updates.
Route Optimization: Plan efficient routes for technicians to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service calls, including customer information, appliance details, and repair history.
Monitor Technician Progress: Track the status of ongoing repairs and ensure technicians meet established timelines.
Handle Customer Inquiries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, or reschedule requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate with Technicians: Communicate with technicians to provide necessary information, equipment, and support for successful repairs.
Maintain Database: Update and manage the customer and technician databases with accurate and current information.
Qualifications:

Previous Experience: Proven experience in dispatching or similar roles, preferably in the appliance repair industry.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage a high volume of service calls efficiently.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess situations and make informed decisions to resolve issues.
Familiarity with Appliance Repair: Basic knowledge of common household appliances and their functioning is a plus.
Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using dispatch software, CRM systems, and basic office applications.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
