Inbound Nurturing/Engagement Specialist for a Spiritual Development Coaching Company

Do you have experience engaging and nurturing potential clients from inbound booked appointments? And are you also on the spiritual path and have deep communication skills in empathy and compassion?

What Does Our Company Do?
We are a spiritual development company that helps people on the spiritual path to shift from their head back to their heart. More importantly we help our clients to fully integrate their heart space into their day-to-day life so they can fully live their soul purpose via our high-ticket mentoring program.

What Does An Inbound Engagement/Nurturing Specialist Do?
We’re looking for a long-term Inbound Engagement/Nurturing Specialist to join our team who is in charge of maintaining engagement and nurturing potential clients via email. These are inbound potential clients who have reached out to us and booked an appointment. You’ll be connecting with them via email in the timeframe between when they have scheduled an appointment to talk with us and their actual call with the sales team.

When a potential client schedules a call with our team you’ll be the first point of contact to help guide them through the homework process so they’re properly prepared to get the most out of their time on the call. This is often the first point of contact potential clients have with us – you are changing lives!

What Are Your Daily Responsibilities?
– Engaging and nurturing new inbound bookings via email to complete the required homework before their call (full ongoing training, support and email SOP’s provided)
– Follow the step-by-step CRM follow-up process with the provided SOP’s to help guide/support these potential clients through the process, keep them engaged and ensure a high-quality customer experience
– Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system, ensuring a clean and organized database with timely follow-up
– Collaborate closely with the in-house sales team who will be taking the calls. You will need to email the sales team at least 1 hour before they start work which potential clients are ready to show up for their call, ensuring a smooth handover of potential clients in alignment with AEST time zones (Note: the sales team takes calls from 9AM-7PM AEST, M-F)
– Participate in ongoing training via Zoom video with your camera on with the lead appointment setter to continuously improve your skills to meet and exceed KPI’s
– Stay updated on our service to effectively communicate with potential clients

What Are The Requirements?
– You have 2+ years of continuous experience doing high-volume inbound lead engagement and nurturing or similar role with an exceptional track record, preferably in a high-ticket sales environment
– Experience in being methodical in high-volume inbound lead engagement and enjoy routine and detail
– Result orientated and focused on achieving and exceeding KPI’s
– Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive material in a professional manner
– Fluent in written English for the nurturing emails (conversational English required for the ongoing in-house training calls)
– Reliable internet connection that doesn’t drop out
– Must be available to work 2-4 Hours per day to finish email tasks before 8AM AEST during the working week.
– Must be available to work 2-4 hours per day during the weekend and finish email tasks before 1PM AEST.
– Timely completion of tasks so potential clients aren’t waiting longer than 24 hours between contact
– Computer with webcam for in-house trainings and are responsive to performance feedback and excited to continue learning and growing with the team
– Proactive in sharing challenges and achievements with the team

What Does It Take To Be A Successful Qualifying/Nurturing Specialist?
You are an excellent listener with a natural gift for empathy and compassion because the people who reach out are making fundamental shifts and changes within themselves and their lives. You enjoy connecting with people and equally important you enjoy consistently guiding potential clients who book a call to go through the homework and show up prepared in the best way for their call at or exceeding the in-house KPI’s.

NOTE: You only have to email the inbound leads. No outbound or calling required.
