Job Description

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are excited to announce an expansion of our E-Commerce team and are actively seeking a Responsible, Experienced, and Results-Driven individual to join us as an Ecommerce Project Manager. This is an important role that will contribute significantly to the success of our online store. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing key tasks and initiatives that will drive growth and performance.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the success of various projects within our organization. You should have experience in most of the following tasks:

1. Procurement
– Source, communicate, and negotiate with China-based suppliers for daily new products (product pricing, shipping fees, weight, etc.)
– Fulfillment : Purchase products from suppliers and coordinating with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery to customers.
– Product Inventory Management & Forecasting : Ensure adequate stock levels and efficient supply chain operations.

2. Finance
– Thoroughly verify supplier and shipping invoices to avoid costly errors and financial loss.

3. Customer Support
– Email Support
– Facebook / Instagram Comments & Messengers Support
– Manage payment gateway disputes, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
– Maintain an Excel sheet to track refund, replacement, modification, and cancellation requests, and inform the fulfillment team of any necessary changes.

4. Content Creators
– Negotiate with content creators to reach mutually beneficial agreements regarding project scope, compensation, and timelines.
– Clearly communicate project details and expectations to content creators and ensure that they understand their tasks and responsibilities.
– Schedule meetings between content creators and our Marketing Director to discuss potential projects and collaborations. Ensure that all parties are informed of the meeting details and are able to attend.
– Manage a list of content creators, keeping it up to date and organized for easy reference.

5. Host Productive Weekly Team Meetings
– Schedule and hold weekly meetings to keep the project team informed and aligned with the company goals.
– Share project updates, progress, and milestones to ensure everyone is up-to-date with the status of the project.
– Encourage team members to share feedback and ideas to improve the project outcomes.

6. Excel Sheets & Word Files to Streamline Data Management and SOP Creation
– Develop and maintain organized and detailed Excel sheets to track and manage inventory levels, Facebook ad performance, employee daily tasks, and other critical data points for decision-making purposes.
– Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to automate repetitive tasks and quickly analyze large data sets.
– Create and maintain clear and concise standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various areas of the business, such as copywriting, video editing, administrative tasks, and more.

7. Data Entry Tasks

What we require:
– Proven experience in Ecommerce project management.

– Strong knowledge of ecommerce platform, such as Shopify, Aliexpress, 1688, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced knowledge of formulas, data organization, and structuring to effectively manage and analyze large data sets for specific tasks.

– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word for creating clear and concise standard operating procedures (SOPs), with a focus on structure, organization, and ease of comprehension for new team members.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and external partners.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.

– Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality control.

– Flexibility and adaptability to adjust to changing project needs and requirements.

Job Details
– Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (Philippines Time)
– Work Venue: Fully remote work-from-home position, providing flexibility and convenience while eliminating commute time and expenses.
