Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Administrative Assistant and Staffing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a diverse skill set encompassing general administrative duties, staffing coordination, and exceptional communication skills. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations and facilitating the recruitment and placement of medical professionals.

Responsibilities:

General administrative duties including answering phones, email correspondence, data entry, file management, and travel arrangements.
Provide meeting support, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and coordination of materials.
Manage databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate end-to-end recruiting processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating placements.
Act as a liaison between healthcare facilities and medical professionals, ensuring seamless staffing solutions.
Provide exceptional customer service to both domestic and international telco accounts.
Conduct cold calling and texting for real estate lead nurturing and appointment setting.
Provide chat support with a typing speed of 43 WPM and 93?curacy.
Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Requirements:

Experience in general administrative support and staffing coordination.
Strong telephone communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
Excellent research and organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
Fluency in verbal and written English.
Ability to work collaboratively or independently with minimal supervision.
Self-motivated with a positive demeanor and exceptional communication aptitude.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong work ethic, innovative thinking, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
