This role is pivotal to our growth strategy, aiming to bridge the gap between potential clients’ initial interest and our sales team’s expertise. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management: Handle both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to scheduled appointments with our sales team.

Outreach Programs: Execute cold emailing, cold calling, and text messaging campaigns. Utilize voicemail drops and LinkedIn outreach to maximize engagement and lead generation.

Social Media Engagement: Conduct direct message outreach across various platforms, engaging potential clients and fostering relationships that convert to sales appointments.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and schedule appointments, coordinating between potential clients and our sales team to ensure optimal timing and success rates.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach and appointment setting activities, using data to inform and adjust strategies for improved outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM tools, social media platforms, and digital communication methods.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, in a fast-paced online agency environment.
