Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Review client accounts, identifying breakdowns and holding clients accountable to our step-by-step process. We will provide a checklist that you can easily follow to perform this.
• Manage communication (via text, Voxer and emails) and appointment requests utilizing Diamond Accelerator software and our client’s scheduling system.
• Able to deal with multiple online conversations at the same time. NO LIVE phone calls with patients or clients, all written communication. We will provide an FAQ library that you can easily use to perform this.
• Reporting: Send timely and consistent updates and reports to the team and/or client highlighting any breakdowns in our process.
• Manage detailed and structured timelines, programs, tasks, and project management systems using Asana. This will also be used for reporting.

Requirements and skills:

• 2 Years proven experience as an appointment setter. A virtual assistant or sales representative, or similar can be advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM software, HighLevel and/or other scheduling/EMR systems or similar will be advantageous
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English. This is a must.
• Self-starter — you are comfortable working 100% remotely and meeting deadlines with little supervision
• Strong attention-to-detail, time-management, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under ever-changing needs and schedules
• Team player — you are able to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed

• Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed

• We pay on the 1st of the month.
• Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 9AM – 9PM EST//10PM – 10AM PHT
a total of 3 individuals will form a team that will split shifts and cover.

Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – PHP 40,000 monthly, Depending on experience
