We are now expanding our team and looking for a dynamic Appointment Setter to join us.
Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales team by engaging with prospective students on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate conversations, build relationships, and schedule sales calls with interested individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach: Proactively reach out to prospective students via direct messages on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Engagement: Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations to understand the needs and interests of potential students.
Scheduling: Set up sales calls for our coaching team by coordinating with prospective students and ensuring their availability.
Follow-Up: Keep track of interactions and follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and appointment scheduling in our CRM system.
Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a setter, preferably in sales appointment setting.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients.
Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for business purposes.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple conversations and appointments simultaneously.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a remote work environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools for tracking and reporting.
