**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
2. Engage leads in meaningful conversations to understand their credit repair needs and financial goals.
3. Educate leads about our credit repair services and the benefits of working with our company.
4. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our services.
5. Schedule appointments for qualified leads with our credit repair specialists.
6. Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment schedules in our CRM system.
7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate our value proposition.

**Qualifications:**
1. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or credit repair industry.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with leads.
4. Persuasive demeanor with the ability to overcome objections and close appointments.
5. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

8. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
