Evergreen Agent is a real estate consultancy founded in 2019 that’s served more than 500+ clients. We attribute much of our success to our people-first approach and commitment to doing what’s necessary to ensure our clients and team are successful.
We license our unique client acquisition models exclusively to real estate agents to help them solve the #1 problem that causes 87% of agents to fail within a few years – the cash flow problem. In the past 4 years our models are responsible for about $2 Billion in production for our agents.
Clients come to us because they struggle to build the real estate business they want. With seemingly infinite competition, similar services, and a lack of marketing and sales knowledge, it’s hard for them to succeed. About The Role
Appointment Setters are integral members of our high-performance sales team. They are the first point of contact for new potential clients and set appointments directly for our clients.
They require a high caliber of professionalism and communication skills to connect with others. Appointment Setters mission is to drive new business revenue by vetting warm inbound leads for our clients and setting in-person or virtual appointments on their calendars.
This position is full-time and remote, meaning you can work from anywhere you’d like. This position is highly flexible. While there are certain things you’d be required to attend (like weekly team meetings), you have the freedom to set your own schedule however you see fit.
This position would act as a stepping stone for more advanced positions in our company in the future.
Pay Structure: You will be paid bi-weekly and this position has a starting rate of $10/hr and also pays commission and bonus. Expected earnings assuming you hit MINIMUM KPI is $2,800 USD per month.
What You’ll Be Doing
– Calling warm inbound leads and setting qualified appointments on the calendar (usually not cold calling although in some instances there may be)
– Following up with leads who we spoke with previously who did not become a client
– Coordinating with Account Managers to ensure clients are getting the maximum amount of quality opportunity possible filling up their calendars
– Communicating with your Media Buyer to ensure you have enough new leads generated daily to achieve your personal sales goals and the company’s targets
– Regular training with the Sales Team Lead to improve your skill set and increase your earning potential
Individual training
– Attend weekly sales team huddles 2x/wk
– Basic administrative tasks like submitting an end of day report, keeping the CRM up to date and filling out a simple projections sheet to measure performance
What Makes You A Fit
– At least 1 year of sales experience
– Strong communication skills
– Fluent english
– Be comfortable with people. You’ll be talking with people all day long so you must be okay with it.
– Be coachable. Be willing to learn from other people who’ve excelled in your role before you.
– Do what you say you’ll do. Our team follows through on what we say.
– You’re willing to lead prospects to the best decision for them even if it’s outside of their comfort zone.
– This is not an easy job, but it pays well. You have no issue working hard.
– High standards. You’re tasked with helping prospects live up to their highest standards. You must do the same.
– Willing to work 50-60 hours per week IF it was needed to hit your goals
