Job Summary:
An Appointment Setter plays a vital role in driving business growth by identifying and contacting potential clients, nurturing relationships, and scheduling appointments for sales representatives or professionals. This position requires effective communication skills, persistence, and a proactive approach to generate leads and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential clients or leads through various sources, including databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
Cold calling, emailing, or messaging to initiate contact with potential clients.
Qualify leads by gathering essential information and assessing their interest and needs.
2. Appointment Scheduling:
Engage with leads to introduce products, services, or solutions offered by the company.
Develop and maintain a script or talking points for effective communication.
Schedule appointments, meetings, or product demonstrations for sales representatives or professionals based on lead availability and interest.
Coordinate and manage appointment calendars.
3. Follow-Up and Nurturing:
Implement a follow-up strategy to maintain contact with leads who are not ready for immediate appointments.
Build rapport and trust with leads through ongoing communication.
Provide additional information or resources as needed to address lead inquiries or concerns.
4. Data Management:
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions, appointments, and outcomes in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Regularly update lead information and appointment details.
5. Performance Reporting:
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, appointments scheduled, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate the quality of appointments and gather feedback for improvement.
Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Persistence and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
– Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with potential clients.
– Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing appointments and data.
– Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
– Proficiency in using communication tools, including email, phone, and messaging platforms.
– Sales or telemarketing experience is a plus but not always required.
Working Conditions:
Please note that the job vacancy is for full-time positions and require on-site work at our office located in Dasmariñas, Cavite.
