for an Appointment Setter to join our team! As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role
in reaching out to potential customers, setting up appointments to give free estimates, and
handling text and email inquiries. This is a fully remote position, so you can work from the
comfort of your own home!
Key Responsibilities
? Reach out to potential customers who have expressed interest in Glass Block
HeadQuarters through Facebook and Google ads, as well as text and email inquiries to
schedule appointments for free estimates.
? Use a consultative approach to educate potential customers about our products and
services, answer their questions, and address any concerns they may have.
? Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM systems, including Pipe
drive and Service Fusion, to ensure that customer data is up-to-date and accurate.
? Follow up with potential customers to ensure satisfaction and provide additional
information as needed.
? Meet weekly and monthly appointment setting and conversion goals by effectively
managing your time and prioritizing tasks.
? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and
conversion strategies.
? Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team
members.
? Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on product and service
offerings and to improve your appointment setting and customer service
skills continuously.

? Good communication skills, both written and verbal
? Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
? Comfortable using technology and learning new software programs
