**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to join our team as an On-Camera Qualifying Lead Agent. This role is pivotal in engaging potential leads over Google Meet, exuding professionalism and enthusiasm while conducting qualifying interviews. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills, able to ask insightful qualifying questions to ensure the best fit for our organization.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **On-Camera Engagement:**
– Conduct lead qualification interviews over Google Meet while maintaining a polished and professional appearance.

2. **Fluent English Communication:**
– Communicate effectively and fluently in English, demonstrating a strong command of language to articulate questions and responses clearly.

3. **Qualifying Questioning:**
– Develop a keen understanding of our company’s requirements and use strategic questioning techniques to evaluate potential leads.
– Ask relevant and probing questions to assess the suitability of candidates and gather essential information.

4. **Professional Demeanor:**
– Present yourself as a polished and knowledgeable representative of our organization.
– Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and etiquette during on-camera interactions.

5. **Documentation and Reporting:**
– Record and document key information obtained during qualifying interviews.
– Provide detailed and insightful reports to the team regarding each lead’s qualifications.

**Qualifications:**

**Experience:**

– Prior experience in customer service, sales, or lead qualification is preferred.
