What does an Appointment Setter do?
Appointment Setters main responsibility is to schedule appointments with potential customers.
To do this, they must be knowledgeable about the company’s products or services. ?Then, they identify potential customers from a list of leads and reach out to them by phone, social media and email. The goal is to get the potential customer interested enough in the service we are providing (Facebook Ad’s) so they agree to meet with a sales representative.
Aside from contacting potential customers and gauging their interest, Appointment Setters may also be responsible for updating the database with customer information. Sometimes, they also conduct follow-up calls to confirm or reschedule missed appointments.
Appointment Setters are familiar with fast-paced environments and are often expected to make a high volume of cold calls.
Appointment Setters must be self-motivated and results driven. Additionally, to be successful in this role, they must have the following skills and qualifications:

Appointment Setter salary expectations: This is a salary position plus bonus. See below for details.
– Salary ranging from Php 40,000/mo, $705.36/mo to Php 60,000/mo, $1,058.04/mo
– Bonus (in addition to the above salary) Php 56.65830, $1 per successful appointment (lead shows for sales call)
