Your Responsibilities:
– Conduct outreach by sending 150 text-based messages daily across Facebook and Instagram, using our proven script.
– Attend weekly meetings.
– Maintain daily work logs.
– Communicate with the team via Microsoft Teams.
– (AFTER probation) Make calls and follow-up with interested prospects.

At Our Company, We Value Your Role:
As an appointment setter, your role is vital to our business. Therefore, we prioritize fair compensation for your efforts, avoiding what we call, “peanut payouts” like $50 commissions.
However, we highly value dedication and hard work. So for your first month, your earnings will be commission-based only.
What you earn will vary depending on the clients you bring in, but it will start from $200, with the potential to earn up to $500 per client for bigger projects. If you can bring just 5 clients in a month, that’s an additional $1,000 for you on top of your base salary. And thanks to our winning offer, our close-rate is high.

Path to Full-Time Employment:
Your goal during the 30-day probation period is to acquire just 2 clients, a target we’ve tested and proven to be achievable with dedication. Reaching this goal secures you a full-time position with a starting base salary of 25,000 PHP per month, along with commission incentives. This structure aligns with our commitment to recognizing excellence and offering career growth within our company.
