As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our company’s growth by generating leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients. You will be responsible for initiating contact with prospects (lists provided), effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services, and arranging meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
We are a marketing company (websites, SEO, paid ads) that focuses on tour operators (zipline, rafting, snorkeling, etc., companies). We also offer reservation booking software and digital waivers.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
Engage with leads in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport and trust.
Clearly articulate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market.
Schedule appointments for the sales team according to their availability and territory.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.
Requirements:
– Proven experience in appointment setting role preferred.
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Excellent English is a must!
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
– Persuasive and confident demeanor with a customer-centric approach.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
– Familiarity with CRM (GoHigh Level) software is a plus.
– Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving targets.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Pay:
$4 per hour + Uncapped Commissions
