### About the Role

An appointment setter is a professional who schedules appointments for sales representatives or other professionals. The primary role of an appointment setter is to contact potential clients and arrange meetings or consultations for the sales team.

One of the critical skills an appointment setter must possess is the ability to manage their time efficiently. They must be able to juggle multiple clients and prioritize their schedules to ensure that they are meeting their quota for appointments set. Appointment setters must also be highly organized and keep detailed records of all appointments scheduled and follow-up communications.

### Key Responsibilities

– Make cold calls to potential clients and schedule appointments for the sales team
– Manage the client database and ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate
– Follow up with potential clients to ensure that appointments are kept and rescheduled if necessary
– Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
– Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals
– Participate in training and coaching sessions as needed

### Skills and Qualifications

– Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
– Experience in cold calling and appointment setting
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Familiarity with CRM software
– Knowledge of SEO is Helpful
– Must be fluent in English, a British or Australian accent is a plus
