Appointment Setter

Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Appointment Setter that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An Appointment Setter will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, being in the healthcare niche and closing sales.

Job Description:
Position type: Full time/Part-Time, 20-40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
-Source new appointment opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold/messages
-Understand customer needs and requirements
-Book qualified opportunities onto client scheduling softwares
-Qualify and handle lead questions appropriately
-Work within a team environment

Skills:
-Proven inside sales experience
-Track record of over-achieving quota
-Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
-Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
-Experience working with CRM’s
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
-Strong listening and presentation skills
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Requirements:
-Internet Connection with at least 15mbps download speed
-A reliable computer
-A quiet work area where you can make calls without interruptions
-Preferable experience working in the healthcare niche.

REQUIREMENTS:
COMMUNICATION:
To be considered for this position, you must have great verbal and written English. You must also have good phone mannerisms and the ability to communicate well with leads for appointment setting tasks.
COMPUTER:
To be considered for this position, you must have a reliable computer with the following system requirements:
4gb RAM
1.8 quad core processor (minimum)
10 mbps+ Internet Download Speeds

SALARY:
Salary starting from $500 base + $3 per booked appointment. ($600-$1000 total)
