Job Title: Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:

-Conduct outbound calls to warm prospects who have expressed interest in life insurance coverage.
-Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and eligibility for coverage.
-Perform brief underwriting checks to ensure prospects meet basic requirements.
-Transfer live calls to licensed life insurance agents for further consultation and closing.
-Set appointments for prospects when necessary, ensuring smooth handoffs to licensed agents.
-Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

-Excellent English speaking skills with clear communication abilities.
-Technologically savvy, comfortable using CRM software and other relevant tools.
-Coachable and eager to learn, with a hunger for acquiring new knowledge.
-Availability Monday through Friday, 10 am to 5 pm EST.
-Ability to handle rejection gracefully and persistently pursue leads.
-Charismatic personality with a genuine enjoyment of interacting with people.
-Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
-Previous experience in telesales, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred.
-Experience managing a team is a plus.

This position will start part-time (20-30 hours/week) and if things are going well there will be an option to transition into a full-time position.

Training will take place over the course of 1 week and will be very comprehensive. The training will include daily role-play, objection handling, and a comprehensive overview of all standard operating procedures and workflows.
