Looking for a full-time appointment setter to join our digital marketing coaching team!

We are a Singapore-based company called Growth Square Pte Ltd, specializing in digital marketing coaching.
To date, we have hired many talented people around the world.
Now, we are looking for an experienced appointment setter to join our team.
As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for contacting leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients interested in our digital marketing coaching services. Your goal is to qualify leads, build rapport, and set up meetings between prospects and our digital marketing coaches.
How life is gonna look like for you:
Although you will be working remotely ~90% of the time, you might be able to come down to Singapore or attend events overseas with us if the situation permits. So be prepared to hop on the plane and travel with us.
You’ll get to have access to world-class entrepreneurs and help scale our business. You will be working with our team in Singapore and our international counterparts all around the world.

Your Responsibilities:
Contact leads primarily through WhatsApp messages.
Qualify leads and identify potential clients for our digital marketing coaching services.
Schedule appointments between qualified leads and our digital marketing coaches.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and excellent communication skills.
Keep accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Provide feedback on lead quality and common objections to help refine our marketing strategies.
Specific Requirements:
Excellent written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.
Experience with CRM systems and appointment scheduling software.
Strong ability to build rapport quickly through text-based communication.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable with managing a high volume of WhatsApp conversations daily.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Familiarity with common pain points and goals of businesses seeking digital marketing coaching.
