Job Description

You will call customers in Canada to book appointments for us to provide them with a quote for cleaning their offices. This is not pushy sales, just simply letting them know we are a local company that would like to stop in to give them a quote. Customers do not get angry or upset. That being said, we only pay when you actually get useful information from customers. We do not pay if you waste time or don’t make the calls properly so only apply if you are serious and have experience.

You need the following:
Outbound sales experience
Neutral access
Excellent internet connection
Computer with headset
Quiet area to work (no roosters, etc.)

***We pay very well and there are bonuses when you book an appointment – we have people from the Philippines that have been with our company for years***

How to apply:
Send me two voice messages:

First voice message: Read this script and send me the audio: Hello, My name is ________ and I’m calling from Business Cleaning Services here in Halifax. We’re in your area next week and were hoping to stop in to provide you with a quotation. Could you tell me who I should speak with regarding that?

Second voice message: Answer these questions in a voice recording and send me the audio:
1. Tell me about yourself personally and professionally.
2. How old are you?
3. Tell me about your family.
4. Tell me about your sales or customer service experience.
5. Tell me about your day-to-day responsibilities for work/school.
6. What days do you currently work?
7. What time of the days do you currently work?
8. Tell me about your recent jobs.
9. Tell me about how long you were with your recent jobs (how many months/years).
10. We make calls between 1:00 pm am and 4:00 pm Atlantic Time – are you able to accommodate these hours?
