Salaria Sales Solutions is looking for an Outreach Associate who can support our sales team by contacting prospective clients and scheduling appointments to meet meeting goals.

Job Description:
An Outreach associate’s responsibilities include making sure that potential clients would be interested in our services, then scheduling a time with each potential client so they can meet one-on-one with our organization’s Sales Representative.
Ultimately, an outreach associate will work directly with business owners to schedule consultations on behalf of our sales team.
Other responsibilities:
Familiarizing yourself with details of our services
Keeping a detailed record of calls, answered or not
Requirements:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Emotional Intelligence – Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
Excellent phone etiquette
Confidence in handling objections or rejections over the phone
Ability to follow instructions and company policies
Can work under fast paced and multicultural working environment
Can work under pressure
Results oriented
Technical requirements:
At least 8GB of RAM and i3 processor or equivalent
At least 30 mbps download and upload speed of internet
Must have at least 2 devices: Main and backup
Must have at least 2 internet connection: Main (postpaid) and backup (postpaid or prepaid)
Devices must be compatible with LastPass – the password manager that our company uses.
