Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced appointment setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating warm qualified leads and setting appointments over the phone. As an experienced appointment setter at our company, you will play a vital role in achieving our mission and exceeding our sales targets.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:
? Prospecting for potential leads and adding information to CRM.
? Make outbound calls to prospects.
? Qualify/Disqualify leads and assess their level of interest in our services.
? Set appointments for initial discovery with qualified leads.
? Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are kept.
? Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
? Maintain accurate records of all activities including tracking, reporting, updating records with information obtained on the call.
? Collaborating with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Desirable Qualifications and Skills Required:

? 2+ years of experience in a high-volume outbound call center or appointment-setting role.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Native English language and comprehension proficiency.
? Proven track record of success in prospecting, lead generation setting appointments.

? Experience with CRM software is a plus.

? Number of calls made per day (minimum 40 quality calls)
? Conversion rate of calls to qualified appointments (10%)
? Conversion of appointments to sales meetings (50%)
