**Job Title: Appointment Setter/Cold Caller**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying potential clients, initiating contact, and setting up appointments for our sales representatives. This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a relentless drive to succeed in a competitive market.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Cold Calling:**
– Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists and databases.
– Introduce the company’s products/services, explain their benefits, and address any initial questions or concerns.
– Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they meet the sales team’s requirements.
– **Appointment Setting:**
– Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
– Confirm appointments and follow up with prospects to ensure attendance.
– Maintain and update the appointment calendar, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
– **CRM Management:**
– Accurately enter and maintain detailed records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system.
– Track progress and outcomes of cold calls and appointments, providing regular reports to the sales manager.
– **Communication and Follow-Up:**
– Send follow-up emails to prospects after calls and before scheduled appointments.
– Address any concerns or questions prospects may have prior to their appointment.
– Nurture relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up and engagement.
– **Performance Metrics:**
– Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and leads qualified.
– Continuously monitor and improve call scripts and techniques based on performance data and feedback.
**Qualifications:**
– Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or similar role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection.
– Basic understanding of the company’s industry and products/services.
**Hours**
– 45 hours/ week
**Compensation:**
– $5.50/hour [$990/month] + Monthly Bonuses based on performance
Perfomance Tier Bonuses:
– If more than 20 appointments show in a month: $2.00 per showed appointment
– If more than 40 appointments show in a month: $3.00 per showed appointment
**Preferred:**
– Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
– Experience with remote work and managing time effectively.
