If you are a high performance and high achieving sales person this is the position for you to grow and enhance your sales skills in the property management and real estate industry.
The tenant placement specialist position is an outbound sales position targeting property owners who are seeking to lease their properties.
The goal of the initial phone call is to educate the property owner on our services and book a time to meet with a property expert.
This position is most likely the hardest thing you have done in your life, if you do not do well under pressure please do not apply. 80% initial applicant fail as they do not have what it takes to be successful at this position.
If you do well under pressure, are a great communicator, and have great sales experience and would like to work at an international company (based in Canada) please apply.
To be successful at this position you will be required to train 6-8 hours a day during training and will be required to work 6 days a week, 8 hours a day and practice your pitch an additional 2 hours a day.
If you are successful at this position the sky is the limit as to how much you can make, the highest performance sales people make up to R60,000 a month. You should also be willing to RELOCATE TO DAVAO to work on-site.
