We are seeking a driven and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team on a commission-only basis. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our outreach efforts, identifying and engaging with potential candidates for our paid mentorship programs. This position involves a combination of cold and warm lead outreach, primarily conducted through social media platforms and within our community network.

**Responsibilities:**
– Conduct proactive outreach to potential candidates via social media platforms and within our community network.
– Engage with leads to assess their suitability and interest in our mentorship programs.
– Qualify leads to ensure they meet our criteria for enrollment in our high-ticket mentorship programs.
– Schedule and confirm appointments for our sales closers, ensuring alignment with USA time zones.
– Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment scheduling activities.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a successful appointment setter, preferably in a high-ticket sales environment.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leads.
– Familiarity with social media platforms and online community engagement strategies.
– Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
– Availability to message and work within USA time zones.
