Job Purpose:The Virtual Inside Sales Agent will be a pivotal part of our sales team, focusing on generating new leads and setting appointments for our real estate agents. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, capable of operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to meet the company’s ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments for our real estate agents.
* Qualify leads, gather essential information, and prepare agents for their appointments.
* Ensure prompt follow-up with clients to confirm appointments and guarantee preparation for meetings.
* Accurately record all appointments and communication in our CRM system.
* Achieve and surpass set performance targets, including appointment numbers and conversion rates.
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to refine and execute successful appointment setting strategies.

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience as an appointment setter, preferably in real estate or a related field.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with real estate practices and processes is advantageous.
