Responsibilities:

– Efficiently manage and respond to multiple chat conversations with customers, providing timely and accurate assistance.
– Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members as required.
– Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all customer interactions to ensure quality support.
– Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service strategies and improve overall team performance.
– Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in a chat support or customer service role, with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations.
– Experience scheduling in different time zones
– High Attention to Detail
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey messages clearly and professionally.
– Proficient in the use of scheduling tools, Excel, or Google Sheets.
– Fluent in English, with a professional demeanor. A neutral accent is preferred but not mandatory.
– A strong team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively.
