Hiring: Appointment Setter – Remote – $8.4k-$9.3k/yr
As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be on the front lines, serving as the initial point of outreach with prospective customers, orchestrating strategic meetings, and securing new clients within the education sector. The primary objective is to replicate the client’s proven success, fostering continuous growth and influence in the industry. Your efforts will play a crucial part in amplifying the agency’s outreach and impact, contributing to its longstanding commitment to serving educators’ insurance and financial needs.
Your responsibilities include:
– Phone Support and Engagement:
Engage in prospecting activities, primarily focusing on phone-based communication.
Conduct strategic phone calls to introduce the company and its offerings, engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their insurance needs and gauge interest.
Utilize provided scripts, handle objections and answer inquiries.
Learning and developing sales skillsets through 1on1 coaching with the business owner
Implement thorough follow-up procedures through phone calls or emails, nurturing client relationships.
– Appointment Scheduling:
Schedule appointments with the client for prospects showing interest in the services offered.
– Lead Organization and Management:
Organize and prioritize leads meticulously, leveraging CRM software or spreadsheets for efficient management.
– Referral Follow-Up & Business Development:
Proactively chase referrals and effectively work from an existing book of business.
Provide regular updates to the client, ensuring transparent communication on progress.
Contribute to additional projects related to business development and the acquisition of new clients.

Qualifications:
– Possesses strong English communication skills, both written and oral
– Proven experience as an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller or any similar role.
– Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
– Profiency in G-Suite applications.
– Comfortable with purely phone-based customer interactions.
