Responsibilities:

Lead Qualification:

Contact warm leads provided by the company and engage with roofing homeowners in a professional manner.
Assess the homeowners’ needs and determine their interest in our roofing solutions.
Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments for our sales team based on the qualified leads.
Ensure that all appointments are accurately documented and confirmed.
Communication:

Conduct outbound calls with efficiency and professionalism, maintaining a positive and engaging demeanor.
Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our roofing solutions to potential clients.
Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions with leads and appointments in the company’s CRM system.
Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales team to provide them with relevant information about scheduled appointments and homeowner preferences.
Performance Metrics:

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets.
Provide regular updates on progress and challenges faced during lead qualification.
Qualifications:

Communication Skills:

Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Experience:

Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role, preferably in the home improvement or roofing industry.
Customer Focus:

Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with homeowners.
Technology Proficiency:

Comfortable using CRM systems and other communication tools.
Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
