Our company Harmony Homes by Sabina Co. is looking for a passionate appointment setter to join our team!
Responsibilities:
– Convert as many leads as possible into appointments for Harmony Homes Listing Agents and OSAs to service.
– Follow up with leads.
– Maintain a CRM database of leads accurately and update all leads received.
– Send daily reports on completed daily tasks and call logs.
– Other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
About the Role:
– This is a part-time position (20 hours per week), but based on performance, the accepted applicant may be promoted to a full-time position (40 hours per week).
– Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM EST – 1 PM EST or 1 PM – 5 PM EST
– The starting hourly rate is $4 and will be paid weekly (EOW) through Wise.
– There will be a 1-month paid probation period*.
Qualifications:
– With strong English communication skills.
– With at least 6 months of relevant experience as an appointment setter in the US Real Estate Industry.
– Must be able to work independently and with excellent organizational skills.
– A pleasant speaking voice when engaging with prospects and customers.
– Experience with using real estate tools/systems such as Follow Up Boss, Mojo, and RingCentral, is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Technical Requirements:
– Stable internet connection with at least 20mbps upload and download speeds.
– Headset with noise-canceling microphone.
*Probation Period:
The selected candidate will be placed on a one-month probationary period to assess their performance. During this time, we will closely evaluate their ability to meet the expected performance standards. If, at the end of the probation period, the candidate’s performance does not meet the required standards, they will be dismissed from the team.
