Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our email communications, identifying potential leads, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to follow-ups, and the ability to efficiently handle administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Email Inbox Management: Monitor and manage the company’s email inbox, ensuring timely responses and organization.
Lead Categorization: Identify and mark email contacts based on their responses:
Positive Response: Contacts expressing interest in learning more or booking a meeting.
Negative Response: Contacts indicating a lack of interest.
Meeting Scheduling: Send out Calendly invites to contacts who wish to book a meeting, ensuring availability and scheduling conflicts are managed.
Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up with contacts who have not responded to initial outreach, ensuring consistent communication and engagement.
Requirements:
Language: Must be Fluent in English
Experience: Prior experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a related role.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using email platforms, scheduling tools like Calendly, and CRM systems.
Proactive: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to following up with leads and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Experience: Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking and managing client interactions.
Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve scheduling conflicts or communication issues effectively.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless appointment setting process.
