Attention Sales Talents! We are seeking competent Sales Appointment Setters to join our company. Daily tasks include inside sales, qualifying and setting appointments of inbound leads, and maintaining existing accounts.

We are looking for full-time Sales Appointment Setters that can set appointments with inbound leads and eventually close new accounts once trained. If you’re willing to learn, put in the work, and level-up… You will be SUCCESSFUL and find a great career opportunity. The opportunity is to offer base pay and commission.

Our purposes

PURPOSE: To develop and market products that help individuals to grow in multiple facets in life.
PURPOSE: To Increase awareness and skill sets for the public we serve.
PURPOSE: To make a significant difference in the quality of life of people not reaching their potential and those often left behind.
PURPOSE: To produce and develop Millionaire closers.

Responsibilities:

Exceed 100+ Prospective Calls Daily
Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments and hosting virtual presentations.
Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM.
Meet daily KPI’s and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
Support a robust client portfolio with periodic Sales Meetings via web-hosting software.
Strong knowledge of all administrative functions as well as mastery of our proprietary Sales Training platform.
Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
Become an ambassador of Mike Barron’s Closer Academy principles on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Social Media platforms/Social Selling preferred
Strong business and business communication acumen
Self-starter who needs little management
Excellent project management and a positive attitude
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and communicate effectively with Business owners and C-Level executives
Must possess a strong work ethic, punctuality and the ability to work in a high intense sales environment
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and effectively communicate high level sales concepts to prospects.
Desire to be on a team of positive, success-minded individuals

The position is Full Time (local in our San Diego Office or virtual) between the hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday.
