**Job Description:**

As an Appointment Setter at Zion Digital, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients in speed, effectively communicating our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in appointment setting, demonstrating a strong command of the English language with an American accent.

**Responsibilities:**

– Make outbound calls to potential clients and prospects to generate appointments.
– Effectively communicate and promote our products/services to prospects.
– Build rapport and maintain relationships with potential clients.
– Schedule appointments accurately based on client preferences and availability.
– Update and maintain the CRM system with appointment details and client information.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of appointments.

**Requirements:**

– Minimum of 2 year of experience in remote appointment setting or sales calls
– Excellent verbal communication skills in English with an American accent.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
