Job Summary:
We are a leading social media manager agency specializing in helping small to mid-sized businesses in the US and Australia grow their online presence. We are seeking a talented and dedicated Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to secure high-quality appointments with potential clients within the target group of female entrepreneurs, coaches, spiritual, holistic, and travel agencies. We prioritize quality over quantity, aiming to acquire three key customers to start with.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential clients within the specified industries and geographical areas.
Use various communication channels, such as email, phone calls, and social media platforms, to reach out to potential clients.
Engage in effective lead generation strategies, including prospecting, cold calling, and networking, to generate qualified appointments.
Maintain a strong understanding of our agency’s services, unique selling points, and value proposition to effectively communicate and articulate these to potential clients.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring they align with our agency’s target market.
Schedule high-quality appointments for our Social Media Managers, ensuring that they have all the necessary information to conduct productive consultations.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve set targets.
Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all leads, appointments, and interactions within our CRM system.
Provide timely feedback to the sales and marketing team regarding customer preferences, objections, and industry trends to refine our approach.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage potential clients and build rapport.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and its benefits for small to mid-sized businesses.
Familiarity with the target group of female entrepreneurs, coaches, spiritual, holistic, and travel agencies.
Ability to conduct effective market research to identify potential clients and stay updated with industry trends.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage leads and appointments.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other lead management tools.
Availability to work flexible hours as needed to accommodate potential clients in different time zones.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the specified industries and a proven track record of appointment setting success.
