Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to join our podcast booking agency. This role involves handling warm leads provided by our marketing team and engaging with them to schedule consultations or meetings with our sales or account management team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a good understanding of customer engagement techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement: Promptly respond to warm leads, understanding their interests in podcast booking services and addressing initial inquiries.
Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales or account management team, taking into account the availability and preferences of both parties.
Communication and Follow-Up: Provide clear, concise information about our services to leads. Maintain regular communication to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
Record Keeping: Diligently update our CRM system with details of interactions, appointments set, and lead status.
Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to ensure they are well-informed about each lead’s needs and expectations prior to meetings.
Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from leads and the sales team to continuously improve the appointment setting process and enhance lead conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in appointment setting, customer service, or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and scheduling tools.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
