Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in the growth of our small bookkeeping company by reaching out to leads in the US market. This position is a flexible part-time remote and open to candidates based in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have excellent English verbal communication skills, minimal accent, and the ability to work US hours to cater to leads across different time zones. Must have strong sales skills and be able to effectively convey the company’s value proposition to prospective clients. Sales background in the financial services industry is a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
• Call leads promptly as they come in and nurture them through regular follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM system, HighLevel.
• Upload phone call recordings into transcription software (training provided).
• Manage a high inflow of leads efficiently and effectively.
• Book appointments with our sales team and ensure follow-up until the appointment is confirmed.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate lead availability across different time zones.
• Be available on-call throughout the day to handle incoming leads.
Requirements:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English with minimal accent.
• Experience in appointment setting or similar roles preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly HighLevel, is a plus.
• Ability to work PST hours and flexibility to adjust schedule based on lead availability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead nurturing.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Sales experience and familiarity with bookkeeping or financial services is advantageous.
