Position: Appointment Setter
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Appointment Setter to support our client in building meaningful connections and generating business opportunities. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, proficient in cold calling, and adept at conducting research to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

Responsibilities:
– Perform cold calling and engage in outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our client’s services and generating interest.
– Gather and compile accurate and comprehensive information from calls and online research into organized lists for the sales team.
– Research prospects’ backgrounds, industry trends, and preferences to tailor conversations effectively.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transfer of information for follow-ups and conversions.
– Utilize AI and ChatGPT to streamline communication and enhance customer interactions.
– Maintain a strong understanding of the client’s offerings and be able to convey their value proposition persuasively.
– Keep meticulous records of interactions, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
– Showcase confidence and professionalism while communicating, whether over the phone or in written correspondence.
– Work independently, learn quickly, and adapt to evolving tasks and priorities.

Requirements:
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
– Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or a related role.
– Proficiency in conducting online research and gathering relevant information.
– Familiarity with AI and ChatGPT technologies for improved communication (preferred).
– Comfortable speaking confidently in front of clients and prospects.
– Self-driven and able to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
– Organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accurate and organized record-keeping.
– Ability to compile and synthesize information from various sources to create comprehensive prospect profiles.
– Quick learner with the ability to grasp industry-specific knowledge.
– Prior experience with lead generation and sales support is a plus.
