ABOUT THE ROLE:
As an Appointment Setter at Revgrowth, you will be the first impression of our company and clients, crucial in booking meetings, the key metric of our business. Using advanced systems and AI tools, you will efficiently connect with potential clients, schedule high-quality appointments, and ensure personalized, meaningful responses to leads. Your role will be instrumental in driving consistent growth and success for us and our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain “inbox zero” and ensure all responses are addressed promptly or escalated to the client.
Schedule high-quality appointments with potential clients for the sales team.
Leverage advanced systems and AI tools to draft responses to leads.
Personalize all communications to make interactions meaningful and tailored to the leads’ needs.
Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
Track and manage leads in our system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Monitor and report on appointment-setting metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance lead generation efforts.
Provide feedback on tools and processes to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an appointment setter, SDR, or in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain “inbox zero” and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies like Smartlead, Clay, and Airtable used in lead generation.
Ability to personalize responses and engage potential clients effectively.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Experience in a lead generation agency or similar environment is a plus.
