Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our team with a dual focus on general virtual assistant tasks and solar appointment setting. As a Appointment Setter, you will support various administrative functions while also playing a crucial role in our sales process by scheduling appointments for our solar energy consultants. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, qualifying leads, and arranging appointments to discuss our solar energy solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our solar energy solutions.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria provided by the company.
Schedule appointments for solar energy consultants to discuss our products and services.
Assist with general virtual assistant tasks such as managing emails, scheduling meetings, and data entry.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth coordination of appointments and follow-ups.
Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate with potential customers.
Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in appointment setting or telemarketing roles, preferably in the solar energy industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a high level of initiative.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and other relevant tools.
A passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a plus.
