Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team at Success School. This role involves rigorous follow-up on leads generated from various sources including paid media and organic platforms like Facebook and Instagram, as well as engaging with our active community groups. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our prospects by connecting them with our proven step-by-step process for entrepreneurial success.

Responsibilities:
Reach out to and engage with potential clients generated from paid and organic leads.
Schedule and coordinate appointments for sales calls and product demonstrations.
Manage and update client information in our CRM system to ensure efficient lead management.
Follow up on inquiries and provide information to prospects about our curriculum and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve client conversion rates and strategies.
Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each lead based on their needs.
Maintain professionalism and a positive brand image at all times, embodying the school’s values and vision.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with CRM software and communication tools.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance indicators.
