Job Description

We are looking for an Appointment Setter to be a part of our growing team.

The Appointment Setter is a key position on the sales team for the Signature Sales Agency.

An Appointment Setter’s responsibilities include utilizing calls, texts, emails, and social media messages to reach potential clients, conduct messenger conversations, and successfully get them to agree to scheduling a one-on-one meeting with one of our Sales Reps.

Responsibilities:

** Channel Management.
** Manage direct outreach text messaging and assigned social media messaging strategies to prospective clients who have expressed interest in learning more about our programs.
** Successfully communicate with prospects to understand their unique needs, stir their desire, and pre-qualify them for a sales call.
** Monitor and respond to emails and messages received in your inbox, assigned social media channels, and text messaging app.
** Attempt to contact prospective clients multiple times if you have been unable to reach them or get a response to your initial attempt.
** Attention to detail to track and timely keep up with multiple conversations happening at the same time.
** Prospecting/New Conversations via chat on social media platforms, email, Phone calls, sms, Facebook (account FB messenger, FB groups) and during online events (if applicable).
** Updating reporting tools/Pipelines.
** Selling a downsell offer (if applicable) if they are not suitable for a call
** Documenting all activities and making certain that all SOP’s per account as up-to-date.
** Taking and transcribing notes about the prospect for the sales representative either in the Slack Channel and/or CRM.
** Follow up with cancellations and no-shows to rebook the call and/or identify the reason for the missed appointment.
** Updating reporting tools/Pipelines.
** Monitoring results and making improvements.

Other responsibilities:

** Familiarizing yourself with essential details of our clients products and services.
** Attend meetings with each client sales department once per week, Team meetings with Signature Sales Agency team 1-2 times per week.
** Become familiar with our sales process as well as the challenges our prospective customers face and how our client’s program fits their needs.
** Conduct research to analyze customers’ behavior (e.g. purchasing habits, trends and preferences).
** Keep a detailed log of communications.
** Monitor and log applications received and track applicant activity throughout the sales process.
** Share feedback and responses from prospects with sales and marketing teams to help keep everyone apprised of the “voice of the customer.”
** Maintain and analyze tracking of your sales activities.
** Maintain/update daily reporting of activities.
** Inform the Signature Sales Agency Sales Manager of recurring objections and issues that arise during the sales process that warrant addressing.

Other assigned support tasks to support the sales teams.

** Sending Resources.
** Nurturing leads.
** Manage all daily tasks and responsibilities associated with the process while strictly adhering to the SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures).
** Adhere to company policies and procedures.
** Engage in Sales Team Improvements
** Contribute to improvement of processes, templates, and scripts that would help improve sales metrics.
** Be involved in Training and development initiatives.
** Stay current on Program attributes and associated programs so as to best support prospects.
** Attend virtual events (if asked).
** Dress professionally when on video conferencing calls with prospects or team members. Make sure to be in a quiet environment with stable internet and no distractions
** Show up on time for appointments, trainings and meetings. This includes opening own Zoom line for private and group sessions at least 5-minutes before start time
** Create and Assist in reporting and tracking
** Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement and best marketing initiatives.
** Conduct self in alignment with our Values (see below).

(Not required, but bonus if you can do)
** Booking Strategy Session (SS) calls with qualified prospects
** Taking and transcribing notes for sales closer
** Book in SS for qualified prospects only
** Followup with prospects to ensure they show up for their SS
** Updating reporting tools/Pipelines
** Downselling prospects when they are not suitable for our main offer sold on the Strategy Session.
** Monitoring results and making improvements

Performance Criteria

** Contribute toward booking at least 50 calls a week (10/day)
** Initiate at least 100 chats a day
** Follow up on at least 100 previous chats
** Be available full time to complete the tasks above.

Requirements and skills:

** Proven experience as an appointment setter, social seller, sales representative, or similar will be advantageous.
** Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
** Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
** Ability to work independently with little supervision.
** Very reliable to do all tasks to standard every day.
** Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus.
** Proficiency in the Google Suite (ie. gmail and Google Docs).
** A professional and courteous disposition.
** Persuasive and results-oriented.

Tech Requirements:

** Computer – at least i5 or equivalent with 8gb RAM
** Internet Speed – At least 50 MBPS Download speed
** Willingness to install VPNs, applications, CRB and monitoring software, as needed.

We pay on the 15th month and all Filipino holidays.
Full-time
Work core hours are from Monday to Friday 12pm – 8pm EST. Saturday 12pm – 5pm EST.
Monday to Friday 12am – 8am PHT. Saturday 12am – 5am PHT
Salary Range Php 25,000 – 40,000 Salary negotiable, depending on experience
