Appointment Setter

I’m looking for a Part-time Appointment Setter (30 hours/week) Hours will be 9 pm – 3 pm Eastern time. Candidates must have prior experience with GoHighLevel. Organized and have prior experience with Managing, Documents, Spreadsheets, Sending Emails, and assistant work. You will be doing a variety of tasks, almost all of which I will create tutorials for you.

Your Top Tasks:
Prospecting/Cold Calling
Answer emails to lead on my behalf
Screening inbound leads to make sure they qualify
Manage customer queries and respond to them with the relevant pre-set template.
Client follow-up.
Manage appointments, schedule, and send reminders.
Texting and Email Marketing
Inputting new clients into my database (GoHighLevel)
Other assistant work

Job Requirements:
* Soft-spoken and good customer management skills
*GoHighLevel experience is a MUST!!!!
* Well-versed with spreadsheets, documents, and emails
* Willing to during the hours listed above.
* Have a smartphone and laptop with a good internet connection
* Prior experience in a similar role in the contracting industry is a plus!!!

Pay:
-You will start at lower pay initially (amount listed on the job post) but will immediately have the opportunity to get bonuses
-You will be paid based on hours worked.
-You will get incremental raises over time based on your growth.
