Role Description:
As an Appointment Setter and Lead Nurturer, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for connecting with potential clients, setting appointments, and nurturing leads to convert them into enthusiastic members. Your bubbly personality, strong phone presence, and experience in appointment setting and lead nurturing will be instrumental in driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities:
– Engage potential clients via phone calls and build rapport with a warm and inviting approach.
– Qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening to understand their fitness goals and needs.
– Set appointments for interested leads and ensure they show up for our gym owner.
– Employ proven strategies to nurture leads through regular communication, providing valuable information, and addressing any concerns or questions.
– Collaborate with our team to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
– Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment scheduling details.

Requirements:
– Fluency in English equivalent to a native speaker, with excellent verbal communication skills.
– Confident and engaging phone presence, capable of building rapport and influencing potential clients.
– Proven experience in appointment setting and lead nurturing, preferably within the fitness or health industry.
– Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
– Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
– Reliable internet connection and availability to work during CST hours.
