Job Title: Appointment Setter
We are looking for a smart, experienced and awesome Appointment Setter to support one of our Rockstar clients!
Remote | Part-time job opportunity
Work hours: Minimum of 15 hours per week
Timezone: Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
? Proactively reach out to inbound leads through various communication channels including email, text, and messenger apps, ensuring a prompt and efficient response time.
? Manage and approve Facebook group requests, creating an atmosphere of a welcoming and engaged community.
? Engage actively with members of our Facebook group, pinpointing potential leads and setting appointments with our sales team.
? Work diligently through our existing lead list, utilizing email, text, and messenger apps to secure appointments for our sales representatives.
? Ensure that all interactions and communications are logged and tracked meticulously in our CRM system.
? Team up with the sales department to refine appointment-setting strategies and enhance lead conversion rates.
? Provide constructive feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and offer suggestions to improve our lead generation initiatives.
? Keep abreast with a thorough understanding of our services to effectively highlight value propositions to potential clients.
