We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Appointment Setter to join our team. The successful candidate will be fluent in English, highly organized, and have extensive knowledge of the Gohighlevel software. This individual will play a crucial role in facilitating our sales process and ensuring that our clients are scheduled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for prospective and current gym members.
Utilize Gohighlevel software to manage and maintain an organized appointment calendar.
Respond to inquiries about gym services, memberships, and promotions in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with potential clients to secure appointments and ensure a high conversion rate.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and appointments.
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment setting strategies and ensure all leads are effectively managed.
Provide exceptional customer service and establish strong rapport with clients to encourage long-term relationships and referrals.
Continuously update knowledge of gym offerings, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
Requirements:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
Minimum of one year of experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
Proficient in using Gohighlevel software, with the ability to efficiently manage and maintain schedules.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of success in appointment setting.
Familiarity with the fitness industry is a plus, but not required.
