We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Appointment Setter to play a crucial role in expanding our client base and that of our clients through effective lead generation and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

– Proactively reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
– Schedule appointments for our sales team and those of our clients with qualified leads.
– Maintain and update customer information in our CRM system
– Follow up with potential clients to confirm appointments.
– Work closely with sales teams to refine and implement appointment-setting strategies.
– Consistently meet or exceed appointment setting and sales targets.
– Gather and relay feedback from potential clients to improve services and products.

Requirements:

– Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or a related role.
– Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
– Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
– Resilience in handling rejection and maintaining a positive attitude.
– High school diploma; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

Qualifications:

– A minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience in appointment setting or a similar field.
– A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
– References or case studies from previous employment or clients.
