Job Description

Schedule: Part Time 8:30am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday Pacific Time (Ph Graveyard shift)

Functions:
Receive scheduled calls and close them or redirect them to US Sales Team
Manage a list of inbound inquiries from the CRM to ensure that all leads are maximized
Proactively generate pipeline through outbound lead generation activities
Identify prospect’s objectives and link them back to the importance of the next step which is a conversation with one of the US based team
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the CRM and to ensure high show rates for booked meetings
Follow up existing pipeline that has gone cold to reengage or to close the opportunity if the potential client already has a venue
Engage with potential clients with high integrity and service to ensure the reputation of the business as a premium provider is maintained
Report to manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Communicate and collaborate with the sales team to ensure a great customer experience
Keep detailed notes and update CRM contact details and create applicable deal/opportunities
Management of pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are being worked in a timely manner and with a final answer so that it is understood if they are still in need of a venue or not

Qualifications:
Digital literacy – High level computer literacy including the proficient use of a range of Microsoft applications. Helpful if familiar with
Communication – Fluent English written and verbal communication.
Accent to mirror a US accent as closely as possible
World Class customer Service
Accurately follow instructions – Ability to consistently follow procedures to ensure tasks are carried out exactly as required.
Proactively manages their own work tasks and has the ability to work flexibly, switch between tasks and respond to multiple demands.
Previous Sales experience with a similar customer profile
Research capability – this should be their second nature when acquiring new prospects or in preparation to making contact to a new lead
Closing or negotiating skills – critical aspect that every salesperson should have, their ability to convince prospect to accept their offer

Tools and Software:
A modern computer and good internet connection.
A working camera and an aesthetically pleasing background or workspace
