Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our agency by reaching out to potential clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations, and scheduling appointments for our Insurance Agents. Your primary goal is to connect with leads, understand their insurance needs, and set up appointments for our agents to discuss tailored insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads lists.
Engage with leads in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand and assess the insurance needs of potential clients.
Schedule appointments for Insurance Agents to discuss insurance options.
Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads as necessary to ensure appointments are kept.
Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
Provide excellent customer service and address any initial queries from potential clients.
Qualifications:
Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or appointment setting is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive demeanor.
Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
