Expectations/Responsibilities
• Has a dedicated phone line, a quiet work area within the home or office, and access to
high-speed internet
• Process and follow up with all incoming leads within two business hours
• Ensures that 100% of all leads get “worked,” meaning they receive an email, phone call, and text
• Stay updated on leads, follow-ups, and results
• Requests assistance, coaching, and strategic planning as needed to meet goals
• Complete and submit weekly call tracking and pipeline reports to the recruitment coordinator (due by COB on Fridays) – some companies require a daily activity report
• Record all information uncovered by leads into the web-based contact management system
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Pay
$5 an hour
AFTER 6 months worked:
16 hours of sick pay
16 hours of paid vacation
$6 an hour
